It ran in my family until it ran into me
Hello! And welcome to Until It Ran Into Me. A solo-hosted, audio-only podcast. My name is Brittany and I’m your host.
In this podcast you can expect discussions about anxiety, family dynamics, depression, self care, relationships, childhood trauma, cycle breaking, personal growth, and so much more as told by me in the form of personal experiences and recollections.
I’m passionate about mental health. I’m fascinated by the things that make us who we are. The things that’s we carry over from childhood in to adulthood and how it shapes our realities and the relationship we have with ourselves and others within those realities. The cycles we break and also the ones that we carry on.
We have so much to learn from one another. Let’s grow while have the hard conversations, together.
